Susan was born and raised in Magnolia, Arkansas. She graduated from Southern Arkansas University in 2005 with a bachelor's degree in Business. She had always dreamed of one day owning her own business. In 2006, Susan met her husband, and his job relocated them to Shreveport, Louisiana. There, Susan became an apartment leasing manager, where she discovered her passion for real estate while helping clients find the perfect apartment to call home. Susan's journey has involved several moves, from Louisiana to Arkansas, then to Houston, and back again. She gained extensive personal experience in buying and selling homes, which further fueled her passion for the real estate industry. In 2021, Susan and her family moved to Greers Ferry, Arkansas, as they love spending time on the lake. They have enjoyed creating countless memories with family and friends while living their best life at the beautiful Greers Ferry Lake. After dedicating nearly 12 years to being a stay-at-home mom and wife, Susan felt a strong calling to embark on a new chapter in her life. Driven by her love for real estate and her desire to assist others, she decided to obtain her real estate license. With renewed determination, Susan is excited to help families find not just a house, but their dream home, or discover the perfect piece of land where they can build their ideal sanctuary.
